What this service does

The REAIS Connector lets an AI app you choose (such as Claude or ChatGPT) read and update your Follow Up Boss account on your behalf, using the access you approve when you connect.

What we store

• Your Follow Up Boss account id and user id.
• Encrypted Follow Up Boss access tokens, so the connector keeps working without you signing in every hour.
• A list of the AI apps you connected: the app's name, where it sends you after sign-in, and when it was connected and last used.

We do not store your contacts, notes, messages, tasks, deals or any other Follow Up Boss records. They pass through our servers only while a request is being answered.

Where your data goes

When you ask your AI app a question, the Follow Up Boss records it requests are sent to that AI app. How that provider handles them is governed by your agreement with it (for example Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT). We do not use your data to train any AI model, and we do not sell or share it.

Disconnecting

Go to Connected apps to disconnect one app or everything. Disconnecting everything revokes our access on Follow Up Boss's side and deletes your stored tokens immediately.
